How do deposits get paid out?
Deposits are paid through your own PayFast account straight into your bank account. BookIt never holds your money.
What if a customer cancels?
You choose the rules. For example: free cancellation up to 24 hours before, after that the deposit is kept. No-shows can lose their deposit too.
Is it POPIA compliant?
Customers choose whether they want specials on WhatsApp, and broadcasts only go to people who said yes. Every broadcast has an opt-out.
Can I cancel any time?
